Leinart has had one year as reigning Heisman winner, plus he is one of the premier celebs in the LA area (e.g. Nick Lachey moved in with Leinart after Nick's split with Jessica Simpson). Also, Leinart has been rumored to be dating multiple celebraties in the past (I remember hearing Alyssa Milano for one). So I think those are all of the reasons that make Leinart the most marketable although Steinberg definitely helped.
