		<description>Good point.  In fact he&#039;s gone out of his way to clarify.  However, from White and the UFC&#039;s standpoint, if indeed he never fights again for the UFC, he has--for all practical purposes--&quot;retired&quot; from UFC.</description>

		<description>Randy has never said he &quot;retired&quot;.  He actually &quot;resigned&quot; from the UFC.  He resigned from fighting, commentating, and promoting anything UFC related.  There is a big difference.  When he retired before he still was a commentator on PPVs and went around to state athletic commissions, representing the UFC, trying to get the sport of MMA sanctioned.  He has completely walked away from the organization in all capacities.  It may not seem like much, but &quot;resigning&quot; and &quot;retiring&quot; are a big difference.</description>
