		<description>What is this post about?  There is no cap in baseball.  If you said 2009 budget, that makes sense.  And if you are talking about big time Red Sox free agents, why is Jason Varitek not mentioned?  I also think there are bigger questions with the Sox than 2 aging pitchers in Colon and Schilling..  How about the Lugo situation and what will they do with the outfield?  Just my thoughts..
