		<description>As a web designer I can honestly tell you that you can find someone on Clist for $800 to make you one of these sites. If you would want heavy backend work which really most sites are just Flash +text, would probably run you about $1200 on Clist. The agencies just have a monopoly on what is called &quot;professional&quot; not what is professional.</description>

Great blog, but there is a little known rule within the MLBPA that states an agency is only allowed to do a certain amount of websites for their baseball clients.  I believe the number is five.  I&#039;m 99% sure the rule is within the MLBPA guidelines, but I could be wrong about who enforces the rule.  I know its a rule though because I&#039;ve heard of agencies limiting the number of websites they run for their clients due to this rule.</description>
