		<description>I disagree with your second statement in that I believe agents like to see what other rookie TEs are making before stepping into a negotiation for their client. It is only smart to do this. Why risk being the hero and going in to a meeting with a GM with nothing to back up your claim of &quot;why my client should get this amount?&quot; That is how agents get fired. So yes, I do think other agents will feel more comfortable in negotiations as more and more rookie TEs become signed.  </description>

		<description>You should specify WHY this is good for other tight ends.  I doubt Brandon Pettigrew&#039;s agent was waiting to use Ingram as a benchmark.  Is CI&#039;s contract unusually large for a fifth-round TE?  Otherwise, I fail to see the significance. </description>
