		<description>It definitely does not always work out.  The best at this trade negotiate clauses into player contracts that are applicable to their client.  It should be something that the client is more than likely to achiveve.</description>

		<description>Recall Master P...I mean Percy Miller&#039;s incentive laden contracts.  Ricky Williams bought into them in 1999, and suffered immensely for it, although he never filed suit.  Perhaps creativity in contract negotiations does not always work out.   </description>
