"I'm sure it's already getting around the ballpark in Brevard County," said Kusnick, referring to the high Class A affiliate where Jeffress was pitching.

I have always felt that we, as agents, are so quick to rattle off how close we are to our clients, often serving as mentors, father figures etc etc etc, but when it comes to setting a client straight and telling them to "stop throwing their lives away," we fail! Even if, as an agent, you don't feel it is your personal responsibility to take a stand then at least be a good business person and let them know, as you say, to man-up or risk losing fees! Darren:
