I was checking out his salary with the lakers. He was getting paid a nice 3.1 million, a year for being who is suppose to be a basketball player. He played a limited 24 minutes during the regular season and shot the ball close to 50%. That is what good players do on good teams. Did he deserve the 3.1 million? Well, it the playoffs that percentage went up as his shot attempts went up so he was even closer to 40% in the playoffs. The Lakers going to the playoffs was a route to their championship rings.
The Lakers were not broke so they didnt need to be fixed. They needed to examine numbers.

It is hard to have played with some of the guys in pick up and they say oh the game would be so different. I say yeah if i dont have players that can play. Well, the Lakers paid a player that plays the position that play 4 million and some change. I played him and I did have to hold on for dear life. However, I played with Kobe and I got participation to allow him to play a perfect game before hand. The have and the have nots.
