Inadvertent cross-contamination of banned-substances in sports nutritional products should be a huge concern to athletes who use those products. Since many companies use 3rd party contract manufacturers where many different products and ingredients are mixed and packaged in the same facility, the possibility of cross-contamination of ingredients from one production run to another is significant. If the machinery is not cleaned properly between runs an athlete can ingest banned-substances without even knowing it and of course expose themselves to significant competition eligibility, financial, reputation, credibility, or possibly even health, risks. This is why it is important for all parties concerned with this issue to have access lot specific screened and tested sports nutritional products. As a service to the athletic community, Inbounds Athletics is the vehicle that services that need.
