		<description>Is Mr.Williams the sole shareholder of the company? If so then the case law in most jurisdictions would favor the lifting of the corporate veil. The two main criteria are the presence of clear fraud (as you stated) and the fact that the company only have the fraudulent party as a shareholder. Does anyone know of any other criteria for the lifting of the corporate veil. Maybe I can dust off my old books from Law School.
