My take
There is a whole lot to like about a 6’0” 206 pound corner with such refined technique and coverage skills. Amukamara allowed just 18 completions out of 52 attempts against him in 2010. He became the 2nd Nebraska player in a row to win the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year. Amukamara is as close to flawless as you can get for a NFL corner prospect; not only does he have phenomenal coverage skills, he is a solid tackler as well. He doesn’t have quite the flash of Patrick Peterson, but is very solid in run support and is the total package. I would feel very comfortable about taking him in the top 10 come draft day.
