Washington Wild Things finish 2-1 in a three game series this weekend. Friday’s game was won 10-6; Haran had four at bats and one run. Saturday, Haran had two hits, but it wasn’t enough as the Wild things fell 5-6.  Sunday and Monday, Gerard had the day off. The Wild Things season has ended.

Congratulations to Dynasty client, Robert Lara, for being named to the Arizona Rookie League All-Star Team.  Robert has definitely made Padres executives very happy about selecting him in the nineteenth round.  In a post made yesterday on Paul DePodesta’s blog, he had this to say about Lara:

Team USA won its second consecutive five-player team gold medal at the 2008 World Tenpin Bowling Association Men’s World Championships in a dramatic tiebreaker Wednesday.
